Return and Exchange Policy

At Everything Mobile Wholesale, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality wholesale repair parts. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange a product.
This policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning or exchanging wholesale repair parts purchased from us.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must have been purchased directly from Everything Mobile Wholesale.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt, must be provided.
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it except for Nebula brand products and Repair parts products.

Warranty period:

- Nebula products: 90 days from the date of purchase.
- Repair parts: 1 year from the date of purchase.

The request for return or exchange must be made within the timeframe as stated.

2. Return Process

If you wish to return a wholesale repair part, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at everythingmobilewholesale@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Provide them with your order details and reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

3. Exchange Process

If you would like to exchange a wholesale repair part for a different product, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at everythingmobilewholesale@gmail.com to initiate the exchange process. Provide them with your order details and the product you wish to exchange.
- Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
- Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the exchange within 14 business days.

4. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Wholesale repair parts that have been used or damaged by the customer.
- Products without their original packaging or missing accessories.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a wholesale repair part that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
